Published by Consolidated Book Publishers, Inc., this World War II atlas features 30 pages of maps focusing on the various fronts of the war, several in full color. Among the maps of interest are "Targets in Japan for U.S. Bombers;" a world map showing sea routes along which the United States ("the Arsenal of Democracy") shipped supplies to allies; "Soviet Answer to Nazi Ambition;" "The Atlantic: America Stands Guard;" "How We Can Smash the Nazis;" and "Hitler's Next Goal - Oil." In addition to the explicitly war-themed maps, there are 16 maps of various countries and continents accompanied by text explaining their role in the war. The cover is decorated with a portrait of General Douglas MacArthur. Soft paper covers.


Condition: B+

Maps are in good condition with marginal soiling and minor extraneous creasing in the lower corners. Covers are lightly soiled with a couple abrasions on the front cover.
