Attractive map of the regions surrounding the Black and Caspian seas, created to illustrate the life and works of Giovanni Battista de Luca, a Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. The region of Ucranie is shows west of the Dnieper River. The map is neatly engraved with mountains, rivers, forests, and cities, and is decorated with a compass rose and a pictorial cartouche featuring men preparing a feast.
