This fine map covers much of southeastern Europe, centered on present-day Hungary and extending to include Vienna, Budapest, Belgrade, and Transylvania. The map is richly embellished with mountain ranges, forests, rivers, and cities. Throughout the landscape are numerous depictions of shepherds with their flocks and wild game animals. Strapwork title cartouche and scale of miles. This is the second state from a Latin edition published in 1603.

A crisp impression with faint offsetting along the centerfold and a 4" centerfold separation at bottom that has been repaired on verso with archival materials.
