This nicely engraved German-made map depicts Italy with ancient place names. It is surrounded by a key that identifies 153 locations in Siciliy and tables listing uncertain locations in Corsica, Sardinia, and Sicily. There is a decorative title cartouche at top right featuring ancient coins and allegorical figures. Beneath the title cartouche is another table listing authors of antiquity.
