"The Route of the Ninth Division Thru the NATOUSA & ETOUSA Nov. 8, 1942- June 1945",

This World War II-era map was prepared by the G-3 section and reproduced by the 664th Engineering Topographical Corps. It shows the extensive routes taken by the Ninth Division through a series of 4 different maps covering portions of Western Europe, England, and North Africa. Includes an index map at top left. The map notes proudly "9th Inf Div First Complete Division Across [the Rhine].” The map likely was produced in Germany and given to the men of the Division as a memento.

Issued folding with light toning and a few small fold separations that have been closed on verso with archival tape. There is very minor chipping confined to the top left and bottom right blank margins.
