This engraving shows the bourse in Antwerp with dozens of people in a large courtyard. Published in Lodovico Guicciardini's description of the Low Countries, which first appeared in 1567 with woodcut maps and plans. His work was republished several times through 1660, with the plates newly engraved on copper for the 1581 edition by Abraham de Bruyn and again for the 1609 edition by Jan van Doetecum, Jan Saenredam and Pieter van den Keere.

A nice impression on a bright sheet with marginal soiling and professional repairs to a centerfold separation and tear in the bottom blank margin.
