This tourist map created by F. A. Cooper showcases the "glamorous history" of Kansas and is filled with historical facts and imagery. The Oregon Trail, the Santa Fe Trail, the Pony Express, Fremont's expedition, the state capital, various forts, Lincoln's visit to the state, several Native Indian raids, and Wild Bill Hickok are all commemorated on the map.
