This thematic map of the world is a tribute to the Olympic Games. It is color-coded to show those regions of the world that participate in the games (tan) as well as non-participating regions (brown), and locates the past Olympic hosts as well as the future sites for 1960 including Rome (summer) and Squaw Valley (winter). The map is surrounded by 34 illustrations by C.J. Mazoujian depicting many of the sporting events.
