This lovely lithographed view of Lucerne was published by Joseph Scholz. It presents an idyllic view of the town with the lake and mountains in the background. The Musegg Wall and its towers overlook the town at left. Mainz-based published Joseph Scholz is best known for publishing games and books for children.
