This is a handsome map covering Saxony and the surrounding region with great detail, centered approximately on Leipzig. The Elbe River flows northwest through the middle of the map, with Prague appearing just below the distance scale. It is embellished with a decorative title cartouche, legend in scroll-style cartouche, distance scales and a decorative border. Filled with place names each symbolized by a tiny castle. French text on verso.

A nice impression with gilt highlights on paper with a bunch of grapes watermark. There are some tiny mildew stains in the top blank margin and a few along the centerfold.
