This lovely pair of Italian maps shows Scotland. Like many of Cassini's maps, these appear to be copied from Antonio Zatta's similar maps of 1779. The maps delineate shires and identify numerous towns and cities. Each map features two distance scales and a decorative title cartouche with a fishing vignette.

Nice impressions with contemporary outline color on sturdy sheets with a "C S" watermark. Both sheets have light scattered foxing and toning, minor soiling, and some printer's ink residue.
