A highly detailed street map of Houston by R.M Stene including Pasadena, Bellaire, Sam Houston Airport, Rice Institute, Memorial Park and more. Includes route markers, real estate subdivisions and “Farm to Market Roads." Accompanied by a 128 page directory with numerous advertisements. Stene produced many maps for the Texas Highway Department. Ocatvo, brown paper wrappers (4.5 x 7.8"). No examples of the street directory or the map located in OCLC.

Issued folding with several small fold separations, including a 1.5" separation at center. There is minor staining, primarily at lower right. Accompanying directory is very good.
