This finely engraved sheet of celestial hemispheres shows all constellations in the southern and the northern skies. Constellations are named and lines are drawn between major stars. The Milky Way is uncolored, while the rest of the skies are blue. A large chart below the two hemispheres shows the constellations for each month of the year. Signs of the Zodiac are listed with their symbols. Title in fancy lettering.
Contemporary color on a lightly toned sheet with some damp stains that enter the image at bottom and some minor soiling. A couple chips in the bottom margin have been repaired with archival materials.
