This handsome map of Europe delineates its ancient political divisions and place names. The map extends to include Iceland, all the lands bordering the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea. It is decorated with a fine title cartouche at top left.

Condition: B+

A fine impression with contemporary outline color on paper with an elaborate coat of arms watermark. There are light damp stains that enter the map image at top and a touch of offsetting.
