This is Ortelius' sheet including maps of modern Egypt and Tunis. The sheet has been trimmed, removing the third map on the engraved plate, Natoliae. Alexandria, Cairo, the Pyramids, and the Carthage aqueducts appear on the two maps. The map of Carthage also features a variety of ships in the Mediterranean Sea. Blank verso.

Condition: A

A sharp impression on a bright sheet with the horn coat of arms watermark commonly found on Ortelius maps, and a small hole in an unengraved area of the map that was caused by a paper flaw.
