This handsome map covers the historical regions of Transylvania, Walachia, and Moldavia in Romania. It extends to include parts of present-day Serbia, Bulgaria, Moldavia, and Ukraine. It identifies many towns and cities, including Bucharest, Clausenburg - Coloswar (Cluj-Napoca), and Iasi. There is excellent topographical detail, showing forests, rivers, and mountains. The Danube is prominently depicted along the bottom of the map. Part of the Black Sea appears at bottom right. A key and two distance scales flank the title at top.
