A detailed map of southern Russia and eastern Ukraine with Moscow shown as a fortified city just north of center. The strongly engraved copper plate map is based on the work of Guillaume Delisle (de l'Isle). The map shows the mountains, rivers, lakes, swamps and forests, as well as the roads and towns.

A nice impression with contemporary color on watermarked paper and minor damp stains in bottom blank margin that just enter map border.
