This is a beautifully engraved early bird's-eye view of St. Augustine. It gives an excellent view of the fort and the tiny settlement with a large three-masted warship under full sail in the foreground, plus a smaller coastal sailing ship. The ribbon-style title cartouche floats above the scene. There is a German title above the map: Die Stadt dess H Augustins in Florida. Fig. 19, with blank verso.
