A scarce small map of the eastern United States that extends beyond the Mississippi River to include Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Several of the states' boundaries appear distorted, including an odd-shaped Indiana and Illinois. The Northwest Territory, consisting of Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota, includes a spurious mountain range along with Michigan Territory. Includes an inset of Florida at bottom. Marked page 29 at lower right from an unknown publication. There are no auction records or dealer listings of this map in the last 30 years.
