Attractive little map of the continent with a title cartouche featuring figures and native inhabitants. The source of the Nile is correctly located. The map is flanked by the coats of arms of major nations and the title cartouche features several native Africans, including a warrior.

Full contemporary color, issued folding on paper with a large Pro Patria watermark. There is toning, foxing, and archival repairs to a few short separations along the folds.
