A large and very detailed map of the states and territories of the West, down through Mexico, with Central America included in a large inset entitled Etats de l'Amerique Centrale. It shows the largest configurations of the western territories including Utah and New Mexico that span from California to the Rockies. To the east of the Rockies is the large Nebraska Territory, comprising portions of today's Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, as well as a large Minnesota Territory including the Dakotas. A colorful map that details the Emigrant Roads to Oregon and California, Indian Tribes, town, forts, mountains and watershed.
