Features nice double-page maps of the world, United States, Texas, and California as well as a single-page map of Oklahoma and Indian Territory. A number of city maps are included as well including Baltimore, Cincinnati, Chicago, St. Louis, New Orleans, and San Francisco. The first 20 pages consist of a variety of thematic maps, and the volume ends with a chronological history of the world and an extensive place name index. Hardbound in green cloth with gilt title on the front cover.

Contents are near fine with pleasant light toning throughout. The table of contents has a small tear at the gutter, but the atlas is otherwise without tears or separations. Covers have minor wear and bumped edges.
