This scarce sea chart covers the Baltic Sea and extends from Rugen through the Gulf of Finland, which is continued in the inset at bottom right. The islands of Gotland, Bornholm, Rugen, Oland, and Oesel are delineated. There are lovely embellishments, including a decorative surround for the inset, a compass rose, and a title cartouche featuring farmers and livestock.

A sharp impression printed on a double-thick sheet with scattered soiling and light toning along the edges of the sheet. Narrow margins as issued.
