A large, detailed map of the Caribbean extending from southern Florida and the Bahamas to the Lesser Antilles and the northern coast of South America. The large decorative title cartouche features a ship, fishing nets, shells and three wind-heads. Engraved by Guillaume Delahaye. This is the second state with the cardinal points added in the border.

A crisp impression on paper with the watermark of a church, some toning and damp staining along the centerfold, and light foxing.
