"Brigham Young and the Twelve Apostles of the Mormon Church [on sheet with] The City and Valley of the Great Salt Lake, Utah...", Harper's Weekly

This interesting sheet was issued in the August 18, 1866 issue of Harper's Weekly. The top half shows the 12 apostles of the Mormon Church (at the time of issue) with Brigham Young at center. Flanking the portraits are important Mormon buildings including The Tabernacle, Tithing Office, The Mormon Temple When Completed, and Residence of Brigham Young. The panoramic view at bottom shows an early Salt Lake City with the Temple (under construction) at center. Important buildings are noted just below the view.
