This is the third revised edition of this terrific reference, which was originally published as #19 in the Map Collector's Circle series. It was edited, revised, extended, and updated by R.V. Tooley. It covers more than 200 maps, listed in alphabetical order by creator. There is also a helpful chronological list of all the maps and charts. 31 pp., plus 41 black & white plates highlighting some of the most interesting maps and charts listed. Hardbound in red cloth with gilt titles on spine and an illustrated dust jacket.
