Charming small map of the west coast of Africa covering the coast from Sierra Leone to Gabon. The island of Sao Tome is shown in detail in an attractive inset map. Further embellished with a sea monster and strapwork title cartouche. French text on verso.

A dark impression on a watermarked sheet with light toning along the edges of the sheet and a couple of tiny damp stains also confined to the edges.
