This fun cartoon map was distributed to members of the Mickey Mouse Globe Trotters. It is a promotional item for Freihofer's Baking Company that encourages Globe Trotters to "buy the bread with the Mickey Mouse band" in order to play a "race 'round the world" game between Mickey and the Big Bad Wolf. Throughout the map, Mickey and the Big Bad Wolf are depicted causing region-specific mischief and mayhem: in between El Paso and Chicago, Mickey is a cowboy; the Big Bad Wolf gets the bull's horns in Spain; Mickey rides a camel and an elephant in Africa; the Big Bad Wolf is chased across India by a king cobra; Mickey bounces after a kangaroo on spring in Australia. Vignettes of various characters surround the map, including Pluto, Minnie, and Goofy (here shown as Dippy the Goof). There are panels across the top and bottom where Globe Trotters are instructed to paste their own pictures. On the verso, Mickey takes a tour of the various breads of the world. This wonderful pictorial map will delight Disney fans young and old!
