This map depicts northern South America extending south of the Amazon River, well into Brazil and Peru. A small remnant of the mythical L. Parime still appears in Guyana. There is good detail of the water systems, mountains and villages throughout. The title cartouche features a small village. Lettering by G. Pitteri.

A sharp impression with original color on a bright sheet with two watermarks: a large coat of arms with a "W" and three crescent moons. There is light toning along the centerfold.
