Centered on the Mariana Islands, this map extends from China, Korea and Japan in the north to New Guinea and the northern coast of Australia in the south. Included are the Philippines, much of Southeast Asia, and numerous islands in the Pacific. A large inset map focuses on Guam, the largest of the Mariana Islands. The map is adorned with four sea serpents and two sailing galleons.
