A charming small map of the Netherlands showing roads, numerous cities, and water features. The map is oriented with north to the right and depicts the western half of the country including the present-day provinces of North and South Holland, Utrecht, and part of Zeeland and Brabant. Opposite of the Zuyder Zee (now IJsselmeer) is part of the province of Friesland. Embellished with two ships and title and scale cartouches. German text on verso. This map is rare as it only appeared in two editions of the Atlas Minor.

Condition: B+

A dark impression on paper with a fleur-de-lis watermark, light show-through of text on verso, and scattered foxing that is mostly confined to the blank margins.
