Beautifully engraved, Italian edition of Delisle's map of Mexico, extending south to Costa Rica. There is good detail of towns, political divisions, rivers, and topography. The map includes the western end of Cuba and the southern tip of Florida with several place names noted. The large pictorial title cartouche features a pair of Noblemen, slaves, and a shepherd.

A nice impression on paper with a three moons watermark and some light staining, primarily visible south of Guatemala.
