This map depicting the Exodus from Egypt and the wanderings of the Children of Israel is a miniature version of Visscher's map of 1650. The title cartouche depicts a scene of the encampment in the background. The map is further decorated with a convoy of ships bringing cedar for the building of Solomon's Temple, and Jonah and the whale.

A nice impression, issued folding now flattened with some soiling and faint damp stains primarily confined to the blank margins.
