An index with an attractive scroll border lists numerous important buildings and is keyed to the map, while a large monolith at bottom contains three distance scales. Engraved by Pietra Ruga and published by Monaldini for French and English tourists. Dissected into 32 panels and backed with original linen. Folds into stiff tan paper slipcase measuring 6 x 7.5".
A bright, crisp example with minor soiling and a bit of light staining along the folds. Slipcase is moderately worn with light staining.
