This double-page map covers Manhattan to 125th Street, along with Long Island City, Brooklyn and Jersey City. The inset at left "Plan of the Northern Portion of the City of New York" extends the main map up to Mt. Vernon. Highly detailed, the map shows the street grid pattern, parks, railroads, ferry routes, and docks. Published before the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Light toning along the centerfold and sheet edges. There are short centerfold separations just entering the map border.
