This fine copper-engraved map shows the harbor and fortresses at Cabo Santo Agostinho. Fort Nazareth is shown atop a hill at right. Adorned with a compass rose orienting north to the top right of the map and a strapwork title cartouche.

Condition: B+

A nice impression on paper with a jester watermark. There are several printer's creases along the centerfold, an archivally repaired centerfold separation at bottom, and a stain along the centerfold at top.
