This map shows the Piedmont, Liguria and western Lombardy regions in Italy, previously known as the Duchy of Milan. The map is fully engraved to show political boundaries, towns of various sizes, castles, abbeys, forts, and ports, all identified in the legend within the distance scale cartouche.

A sharp impression with original color, minor offsetting at bottom, and a couple of minute worm holes only visible when held to light.
