This attractive bird's-eye view of Minneapolis depicts the Mississippi River and surrounding region. St. Anthony Falls is prominently depicted, along with numerous smokestacks and horse-drawn carriages, emphasizing the growing industry in the region. Various locations are listed in the bottom margin corresponding to the their approximate location. Entered into Congress by George Ellsbury and V. Greene. Light toning with some soiling primarily at top and bottom and a few small abrasions along the top edge of sheet. Backed in linen to repair and reinforce several long fold separations.
