Great uncommon Revolutionary War map designed to inform the British public about the campaign of Sir William Howe, one of the most important early campaigns in the war. It covers Pennsylvania and western New Jersey in great detail. Many important roads are shown on the map including the Great Wagon Road, or Lancaster Road and the Pennsylvania State Road, or Forbes Road.

Issued folding with some short archivally repaired fold separations and a minute hole at bottom in an unengraved area. There are a few binding holes in the right blank margin.
