Handsome miniature map of Egypt depicting the Nile River delta. Three sets of pyramids are shown near Demeriocuri, Boulae (near Cairo), and Barbanda. The majority of the maps for Bertius' geographical treatise were engraved by Jodocus Hondius Jr. after Mercator. French text on verso.
