This unusual sheet contains three small maps. The top two show North America from two slightly different angles with only a few major cities named including Quebec, Mexico City and Havana. The bottom portion of the sheet shows the Western Hemisphere including a huge Island of California with a nearly flat northern coastline and tilted to the southeast.

A strong impression with minor remnants of non-archival tape on verso along sheet edges, well away from the map image.
