Budapest is at the heart of this handsome map, with the Danube River flowing diagonally through the map. It covers most of present day Hungary, but also includes a bit of Austria with Vienna in the upper left corner. Richly engraved with mountains, cities and forests and a strapwork title cartouche. Latin text on verso.

Condition: A
A bright, clean example with attractive color and professional repairs along the centerfold. A couple of short tears in the top blank margin have been repaired with old paper on verso, not affecting image.
