This handsome map depicts the Carlow region in southeastern Ireland. The city of Carlow (Catherlagh) shown along the Barrow River just below the title cartouche, with Leighlinbridge (Laghlyn) depicted further downstream. Embellished with a decorative title cartouche flanked by the Royal coat of arms and the arms of Ireland. Dutch text on verso, published between 1654-62.
