There is a red line following the Platte, Snake and Columbia Rivers labeled the "Route of Oregon Emigrants." Below the map is a large text panel describing the Seat of War, U.S. military history, and brief summaries of Texas, Oregon and Mexico. Full sheet with text measures 17.1 x 22.9".
