This is the northern sheet of Delisle's important two-sheet map of the Russian Empire. The map is centered on Moscow and provides great detail of the towns, roads, forests and topography. The map is decorated with a nice title cartouche featuring a sleigh, coat of arms, animals and a hunter.

References:

Condition: B+

Original color with light toning and a few small chips along the sheet edges, far from map image. There is a centerfold separation confined to the bottom blank margin.
