This map shows the Palestinian and Lebanese coast and depicts the Jews' passage through the Red Sea and the Sinai Desert. North is oriented to the right. At the bottom are vignettes displaying the encampment of the tribes flanked by Aaron and Moses as well as Temple vessels held up by putti. Originally by Nicolas Visscher, the map was translated into English by Joseph Moxon.
