This map of northern Africa extends to include parts of the Mediterranean and the Arabian Peninsula. There are few details in the interior, with the exception of the Sahara Desert and a few rivers and mountain ranges. Engraved by E. Dussy, but a later state made during the French Republic period after the French Revolution. The cartouche mentions that it is the third year of the French Republic, placing it about 1795.
