Splendidly decorative map of the Muese River valley including Namur and Liege, with west oriented at top of map. Exquisitely engraved with an elaborate cartouche and scale of miles. French text and page number 40 on verso. This is the second plate with stippling behind Scala Milliarium Leodiens.

Condition: B+

Watermarked paper with wide, original margins, all edges gilt, a bit of printer's ink residue and a few small spots.
