This small bird's-eye view of Istanbul is centered on the Bosphorus and shows numerous buildings, some of which are identified, including the Great Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque and Leander's Tower. Decorated by numerous sailing ships and boats.

There are a few very faint spots in the image and a minor edge tear confined to the left blank margin.
