Superb map depicting the theatre of the Russo-Turkish War in the Ukraine in 1737. It provides excellent detail of the fortifications including the Ukrainian line - a system of defenses from the Dnipro to the Donetz rivers. Printed on two sheets, joined as issued.

Original color in map with later color in title cartouche. There is a tiny hole in a blank area of map at left, and a couple of small, unobtrusive spots.
